Bandung!!!

Cukup sebulan aku pi Bandung baru le aku nak update. Wakakakaka!! Seperti biasa ada la yang dok komplen blog tak update. Hehehehe..

Ok la, kisah cita pi Bandung.

Jaja and I went to Jakarta on Thursday night, 24/7/2008. My flight was rescheduled to 11 PM, which means that I will arrive in Jakarta around 1 am. Cess.. Air Asia and their famous rescheduling. Anyway, I managed to retime my flight to 7 pm and ended up bored like hell at the Soekarno International Airport. There's literally nothing to do there! Even our LCCT is better. Anyway, I spent 2 1/2 hours loitering around the airport with nothing to do.

After Jaja arrived we met with Tamrin and went to Lenggo's house. The next day, wee spent about 1/2 day at Tanah Abang. Had a nice lunch at the food court. I had the nasi timbel. Went back to Lenggo's house. Anyway, we managed to go to HRC Jakarta.. Thanks to Nurin for bringging us there. He also brought us to eat the Nasi Udud, more or less like nasi lemak. Yummy!!!

We went to Bandung around 5.30am via van "Cipaganti". Bandung is quite a big town and we ended at the other side of town. Decided to take the "Angkot". The driver, a nice pak cik took us to our hotel, Utari Hotel at Dago Street. We went to pasar baru, bought some blouses and Telekung. Jaja bought the muslimah swimsuit. Very the cheapo! We have a great lunch at Pak Cik Met. By noon, we got out from Pasar Baru. My God! the area was transformed drastically. It was hectic, it was busy, it was bustling with cars, motorcycles, trishaw and a lot of people selling all kinds of trinkets and bags. The kept pestering us to buy from them. There's this one guy, who's very persistent, I almost snapped at him but luckily we managed to get a taxi which the driver over charged. Anything to get a way from that place. Went back to the hotel. Lepaking in our room and went to the factory ourlets around the Dago and Riau street. We were thinking of having our dinner at the Simpang Raya Restaurant but it was already close for the night. It was just around 9 pm.. I think. So Jaja and I ended up at the Pizza Hut just beside our hotel. Ooo.. I like their Pizza Hut, so many choices food compared to the Pizza Hut in Malaysia. Retired for the night.

The next day.. again we went to Pasar Baru in the morning after we had our breakfast of Nasi Goreng. We decided to take the Angkot in front of our hotel. We took note where the angkot stopped and on our way back we took the angkot at the same place where we got off in the morning. Jaja was having a stomach ache. Must be the pickle and the milk that she had in the morning. Anyway, we spent half of the afternoon in our room. I did left her for a few hours to buy perfumes and T-shirts at the factory outlets. It was a bit scary walking alone but what the heck.. blasah jer ler labu! went back to the hotel. Jaja was feeling a bit ok and we went to Rumah Mode at Setiabudi Street which actually at the other side of town. After some last minutes shopping, we took a taxi back but before that we ask the nice Pak Cik to drive us to Kartika Sari for some brownies. We ended eating at KFC for dinner this round..

We engaged the taxi driver to drive us to Bandung Super Mall. From there we took a bus to Jakarta. Jaja's flight has been retimed. I arrived back safely at home around 8pm with 2 big bags weighting to 22 kgs. The trip was okay, but since I'm not a shopaholics, so, there's nothing much for me to buy except for the cottons. Cheaper than in KL by half price. The lace also very cheap.

Aku dah sampai ke HK semalam. Letih siot. Nanti la aku cita tapi skang ni aku berada di Shadowman Cafe kat Ashley Road area Kowloon. Nak makan tengahari. Aku order Beef Fried Rice. Nampaknya kat HK ni memang aku tak leh berdiet la sebab nak berjalan banyak so aku terpaksa la makan nasi. Semalam makan Briyani Ayam. Aku makan sampai habis. Banyak gila tu. Aku stay kat Mirador Mansion. Horror sikit tempat tu bila mula-mula masuk tapi bilik dia ok. Ada 1 Queen size bed dan 1 single bed. Kira ok la.

Kuantan Lagi!!

Weekend baru ni haku, Pinie ngan Jaja pegi Kuantan. Sebut jer Kuantan, aku dah excited.. hehehe.. bukan sebab ada pak we handsome kat sana tapi sebab teringat ket Ketam ngan Udang Masak Pedas kat Tg. Lumpur. Memang voogie the vass!!! Best gilosss!!. We all stayed kat Mega View Hotel. Hotel tu tak der la se gah MS Garden Hotel, Swiss Garden Resort tapi hotel dia not bad. Dapat bilik kat corner sebab bilik tu luas coz we asked for xtra bed dan view bilik tu ngadap laut. RM130 per night inclusive of 1 xtra bed and breakfast for 3.

Sampai kat Kuantan around 9pm on Friday.. pick up Pinie kat opis.. standard la aku cuti hari Jumaat tu bawak Jaja pi Ikea makan meatball. Uhmm.. Yummy!! Slurpppp!! Anyway... oleh sebab Jaja suka kata aku bawak slow so sampai kat highway.. dia la bawak... yehaaa!!! best oo dok sebelah. Mak cik tu dok rasa macam dia bawak keta sport kecik bila bawak Kambing aku tu.. Yang bestnyer aku pun tak tau hotel tu kat mana.. bila aku tanya dia cakap tepi sungai pas tu jalan nak ke Tg Lumpur. Ok la.. aku tau la jugak.. memang nampak Hotel tu tapi tak tau nak ke situ macam mana sebab memang ada lorong masuk tapi macam ada van panjang blocking jalan tu.. so call ler lagi.. receptionist tu cakap memang lorong tu pun.. so terpaksa la kitorang tawaf area Masjid tu kali ke 3 sebab tak bleh reverse sebab jalan kat situ one way.

Check in.. lepak-lepak kejap pas tu pegi la carik nasik lemak yang si Anne ngan Zilan cakap best.. Nasik Lemak Simple depan HTAA tepi sungai dekat jeti untuk Kuantan River Cruise. Anyway, nasik lemak tu sedap la, tapi, customer service memang out gilos. Layanan lebih kurang jer.. menu.. kalau tak der tak yah ler tulis pas tu buat muka confuse lak.. hampess.. tempat air tu bukannya jauh beribu batu blakang cashier tu jer pun.. itupun susah nak tolong order. Kalau self service tulih ler biaq terang. Hampehh!! Lepas jer makan.. lepak kejap. Huhmm.. ramai orang kat situ.. lupa lak, tempat tu ala-ala waterfront laa.. sambung balik.. kat situ ramai orang memancing.. ghope-ghopenyer ada pertandingan memancing. Lepas jer pusing-pusing kat situ, kitorang pegi lak ke Teluk Chempedak.. err.. betul ker ejaan aku ni. Apa pun.. biasak la tempat melepak, berdating .. siap ada pakai baju kurung berkilat-kilat lagi dok berdating atas pasir tepi pantai. Apa de hal.. dah la tengah-tengah malam buta tapi tak der la yg bukak laptop tepi pantai macam time aku pegi sana ngan Pinie, Nora, Noorizam n Wak Asri.

Besoknyer, lepas breakfast, pegi umah Nad kat Sg. Karang near Pantai Balok. Sukanya rumah dia.. dari luar nampak kecik tapi bila masuk dalam.. just nice. 1 1/2 tingkat, 2 bilik kat bawah + 2 bilik kat atas. Aku suka laaa.. Anyway, Maisara ngan Safiah dah besar tapi si Danish tu semangat jer.. geram aku.. Mula-mula tu segan la jugak sebab family abang ipar ngan family adik ipar dia ada kat sana. Tapi disebabkan aku dah biasa ngan husband si Nad yang memang suka kenakan aku so tak der la kekok sangat. Terjebak la pulak kitorang makan tengah hari kat umah Nad. Kakak ipar dia masak, hampeh tul abang ipar Nad, siap kenakan kan kitorang kata kitorang makan banyak habih seperiuk, pas tu tanak jemput kitorang pegi umah sebab takut kitorang makan banyak.. heheheh.. mana ada tapi aku tau dia bergurau jer.

Dalam pukul 3 kitorang bertolak ke Kemaman. Makan kat Hai Peng sempat la masuk kedai beli suar pendek ngan T-shirt pas tu pegi lak ke Kuala Kemaman makan otak-otak jer sebab sata dah abiss... huhuhuhu.. tensen siott!! Balik hotel, mandi-mandi lepas tu kuar balik pegi Tg Lumpur. Target mesti ler kedai ujung skali, order udang ngan ketam masak pedas, sotong bakar ngan kerang bakar = RM95. Nasib baik skang aku dah terrer pilih ketam, so dapat la ketam yg isi memang penuh la. Udang dia pun besau-beasau, sotong ambik sekor jer sebab besar la. Kerang dia pun macam best jer sebab dia bakar dengan kuah something la kira ada perisa la.. Best!! Orang memang dah ramai la. Abang tu pun cakap lambat sikit so melepak la kat situ dari pukul 9 malam sampai la pukul 11 lebih. Rancang tu ingat nak naik Kuatan River Cruise lepas makan, bleh la pegi tengok kelip-kelip kalau ada rezeki tapi dah lambat dah so cancel ler. Balik hotel lepak sambil tengok TV.

Semalam, lepas breakfast jer terus check-out dan balik KL. Sampai umah dah pukul 3 petang. Adus .. letih siott.. Malas kejer lak tuh... Gambor nanti ler.. Jaja.. kalau rajin hang saja la upload.. heheheh...

Makan-makan sebelum bertolak ke LCCT Terminal dengan opis mate

Nak pegi Langkawi pun hati tak senang bila teringatkan aku ni banyak keja kat opis tapi dah beli tiket beb.. abah pun dah confirm nak pegi takkan la aku lak tak pi kanna.. so aku pun dengan semangatnya pagi hari Khamis 29 June 2006, aku pi opis.. settle kan sikit mana2 kejer yang boleh pas tu hantar kat X-Boss aku (cess semalam baru dia tengok.. kalau tau tak moh aku hantor awal2) pas tu lunch pegi lepak kat Kopitiam ngan bebudak opis. Lebih kurang pukul 1 aku pi KL Sentral tunggu Mimi (my sis) kat sana. Naik la bas ke LCCT Terminal.. cess bas tu jalan kul 2.30ptg rupanya. Sampai jer kat LCCT terminal. Kelam kabut check in. Kaunter Air Asia tu dah tutup dah pun tapi disebabkan ada lagi orang yg tengah check-in so aku menyelit la jugak. Masuk jer kat waiting area tu, jumpa family Nora.. lerrr... delay rupenyer flight ke Langkawi. Hampess kelapa betul. Mimi dah kebulur tahap cipan dah. Apa lagi.. makan roti lorr..

Dah la flight delay.. lepas jer boarding, ingatkan nak terus berlepas.. rupa-rupanya dia bawak kitorang bersiar-siar kat airport dengan flight pas tu kena tunggu sampai runaway tu clear dulu.. ada rupanya traffic jam kat airport ni.. aku ingatkan kat KL jer jam.. Yang klakarnyer bila nak berlepas tu laju gila mamat tu tekan accelerator.. (ada ker??) rasa macam naik space shuttle lak laju (bila masa lak aku penah naik space shuttle nih??). Mamat ni memang kurang pandai bawak kapai terbang la.. pening aku kat dalam flight tu pas tu landing pun bumpy gila.. ada la jugak yang menjerit.. tapi ada skali tu aku dapat pilot yang memang best giler aa.. landing pun smooth jer.. mesti banyak pengalaman tuh. Anyway bila sampai kat Kuah dah lebih kurang pukul 6 petang.

Anyway aku ngan Mimi check in kat CityBayview ok gak bilik dia.. spacious. ada 2 katil super single.. semalam RM150 inclusive breakfast for 2. Mimi still lagi kebulur so kitorang pegi makan kat gerai depan hotel pas tu gi la jalan-jalan kat Pekan Kuah (old town) tengok-tengok pinggan mangkuk (macam aku nak beli), chocolates (memang murah compare dengan kat KL). Tak der wat aktiviti mender pun.. lepak jer kat bilik.

Pagi Jumaat (30.06.2006), lepas breakfast, aku ngan Mimi balik bilik pas tu check out, pi tunggu the rest of the gang kat Jeti. Abah and the rest of the gang sampai lambat jugak sebab bot jalan lambat. Pukul 12 lebih laa.. kitorang sewa van (abang aku drive) RM70 satu hari. Makan kat Padang Matsirat lepas tu pi check-in kat AB Motel.. jumpa la Idah, coursemate aku kat UiTM merangkap anak tokey AB Motel. RM180 semalam untuk 2 connecting rooms. Anak-anak sedara ngan adik aku seronok gila sebab bilik kitorang betui2 tepi pantai. Bayangkan pukul 2 petang diorang dah berendam mandi laut! Hitam berkilat sekor-sekor bila balik bilik untuk mandi. Biasa la dah nama pun pantai.. ada la dugung-dugung jantan dengan dugung betinanyee.. macam geli pun ada jugak. Kalau ada yang hensem ngan cun ok la.. maunya yang datang tu siap perut jalan ke depan pas tu pakai swimming trunk jer maunya tak macam dugung terdampar kat pantai.

Pukul 4 kitorang pegi Under Water World!! Tak jauh pun dari AB Motel tu. Jalan kaki pun ok. Suka la anak-anak sedara aku tu tengok ikan jerung ler and all sort of fish.. tapi aku rasa kalau dia cuci skeet tank tu mesti lagi ok laa..

Lepas tu kitorang pegi ke pekan Kuah. Standard la.. aku beli coklat yang Anne pesan.. melamapu betul pompuan tu pesan sampai 3 kotak, pas tu aku beli perfume, Love in Paris by Nina Ricci untuk Pinie (aku pun suka perfume ni) dan Oui by Lancome untuk aku. Mak aku nyopping kain batik la apa lagi. Kitorang dinner kat Pantai Chenang. AKu hangin betuii la.. kedai seafood tepi pantai tapi ikan tak banyak jenis, sotong pun tak der.. tensen betuii. Suka tengok Abah makan nasik bertambah-tambah.. hehehehe.

Malam tu aku ngan Mimi pegi jalan-jalan tengok kedai kat Pantai Chenang, happening gak.. lip lap lip lap lampu kat situ.. meriah.. lepas tu kitorang lepak jer... sebab ada sedara datang lepak myembang ngan Abah ngan Mak.. adik aku lak ikut abang pegi tengok bola. Anak sedara aku yang kecik dan ganas, Amira, kejap-kejap masuk bilik dia pas tu masuk bilik kitorang lak.. tak leh tido maybe sebab excited kot.. sronot kot sekali-sekala keluar beramai-ramai.

Besoknyer.. Hari Sabtu.. pagi-pagi lagi aku dah dengar anak-anak sedara dengan adik aku kecoh-kecoh nak mandi laut. Aku?? apa lagi membungkang la.. first time aku bleh tidoq dengan lena. Bestnyerr!!! Dekat pukul 10 baru kitorang breakfast lepas tu pegi ke Makam Mahsuri. Niat tu nak pegi naik kereta kabel kat Gunung Mat Cincang tapi tak jadik sebab diorang nak singgah umah sepupu aku kat Perlis. Abah aku kata, kalau setakat Langkawi tu bila-bila pun boleh ke sana. Cess.. Apa pun aku suka rumah Datuk Pekerma Wijaya. Abang ipar Mahsuri merangkap penghulu time tu. Rumah kayu 2 tingkat. Best sesangat. Mesti mahal kalau nak buat umah kayu cenggitu. Apa pun.. ada banyak versi cerita macam mana Mahsuri difitnah yang menyebabkan beliau dihukum bunuh. Tapi betul ker darah dia kuar kaler putih?? Kalau sel darah putih lebih dari sel darah merah tu sakit leukimia.. hehehe.. munkin jugak betul. Kuasa Tuhan tak terbatas dan menjangkau pemikiran kita dan munkin jugak dia cuma simbolik yang menerangkan akan kesucian Mahsuri. Wallahualam. Apa pun, Mahsuri telah menyumpah yang Langkawi takkan makmur selama 7 keturunan. Skarang ni, keturunan ke 7 Mahsuri telah pun ditemui di Phuket iaitu Aishah. Langkawi pun makin makmur.. err.. ye ker?? Ntahler.. aku pun tak tau.

Pukul 2.30 petang, abah dan family yang lain naik bot ke Kuala Perlis, aku ngan Mimi lak naik bot ke Kuala Kedah. ombak tinggi siot.. pening aku dibuatnya.. well.. aku ngan Mimi pening-penig.. hehehehe mabuk laut.. Tensen seh.. pukul 4.oo baru sampai kat Kuala Kedah, Jaja dah tunggu, so pegi umah Jajaj, lepak-lepak jap pas tu Mimi tido, aku ngan Jaja kuar ke Alor Setar kejap. Malam.. Jaja hantar ke Stesen Bas. Naik bas balik KL pukul 12.00 tgh malam.

Kemaman!!

Aku tau citer ke Kemaman ni dah basi tapi aku nak citer jugak. (24 - 25 June 2006)

Pukul 8.30 pagi, Aneza and the gang datang ambik aku ngan Pinie kat umah dan kitorang pun bertolak ker Melawati untuk breakfast nasik lemak dengan ayam kampung. Jumpa Oja and the gang kat sana. Diorang datang berempat so semua skali dah jadik 9 orang. Honestly.. aku tak dak la berkenan sangat kalau pi berjalan ramai-ramai ni nanti jadik banyak songeh tapi jangan salah faham.. aku bukan tak suka diorang cuma tak suka sebab terlampau ramai.

Lebih kurang dekat pukul 11 jugak la kitorang bertolak ke Kuantan. Aku kagum ngan Syuhada.. hehehe.. terer benor dia menyanyi semua lagu.. tak kira la lagu lama ker, lagu baru ker.. semua dia pandai.. Lebih kurang pukul 2.30 kitorang sampai kat Kuala Kemaman.. Makan Kepala Hotak.. takder la.. makan otak-otak, Sata dan Kepok Gete (keropok lekor laa..).. lepas makan terus bertolak ke Awana Kijal. Lepak seround kat bilik. Lupa lak.. dia apartment 3 bilik.. so kira spacious la jugak ada ruang tamu dengan sofa set, Astro, kitchen dengan cooking facilities, peti sejuk, microwave oven, mesin basuh.. kira lengkapla.

Aku ngan Pinie membungkang, Anne Suhada ngan Aida gi ke Pantai, yg lain-lain lak melepak tengok ASTRO. Petang tu baru diorang pegi ke pantai skali ngan aku la.. tapi aku balik dengan Anne and the gang. Aku bukannya suka mandi laut pun.

Malam lak kitorang pegi ke Kuantan. Ingat nak makan seafood kat Dataran Kambing (bukan nama sebenar.. cuma dekat ngan kedai tu dulu ada sekawan kambing suka melepak.) Apa daa si Syuhada tu.. dia ingat tempat tu memang orang panggil Dataran Kambing!! hahahaha.. sabar jer laa.. tapi kedai tu tutup la pulak. Dah la hujan, sesat, tutup lak kedai tu. Tensen tul.. ditambah pulak dengan tak banyak variety seafood nyer.. aku tensen!! Dekat nak balik.. ada aktiviti mengorat dan mengayat la pulak.. aku and the rest of tha gang balik dulu.. biarla mereka dengan aktiviti mengorat mereka.. aku tanak campur.

Pagi Ahad.. pepagi buta, Syuhada dah tercongok atas katil aku, dia kejutkan aku nak pegi mandi laut.. nasib baik aku tak kena heart attack.. cemana la dia boleh masuk bilik..? aku rasa macam aku dah kunci pintu bilik semalam, cemana lak dia boleh menceroboh masuk mengganggu tidurku yg tak brapa nyenyak tu.. ghope-ghopenyer kunci bilik tu buat hiasan jer..cess!! Pegi la aku mandi laut, lepak kat jacuzzi, lepak dalam kolam renang. Lepas tu balik umah tengok Fruit Basket. Lepas jer siap everything..

Kitorang bertolak ke Pekan Kemaman untuk brunch kat Hai Peng Kopitiam. mula-mula tu cuak jugak sebabnampak ramai pelancung depan kopitiam tu.. rupa-rupa diorang tengah tunggu bas. Lepak sambil minum-minum dan makan-makan.. lepas tu mula la jalan-jalan tengok kedai-kedai kecik kat situ and end up buying a pair of short which cost me only RM4.90 and 2 sleveless shirts RM3.90 each.. hahahaha.. ok jugak apa.. Lepas tu kitorang bertolak balik ke KL.. sampai umah lebih kurang dalam pukul 5.00.

Just got back to office yesterday.. got lots of work to do.. my boss on leave the whole weak so cannot apply for leave.. but still can't take leave next week coz we got a few courses line up at Dataran Mayban, Bangsar.

My trip was superb... way beyond my expectation. It was great..

Bought the new SG Wannabe album titled Classic Odyssey. It's a collection of old songs from 1978 - 1993. All songs were given new life and it sounded superb. Heard a song by a group M to M. They sounded a lot like SG Wannabe. And I watched Kwon Sang Woo's new Samsung Anycall commercial with Hyori and Eric. Mak aii ganaz jer nampak mamat tuh.. ngan rambut dier cenggitu..

Watched also Anycall School Attack.. featuring Shinwa.. hensem lak si Eric tu.. walaupun dalam Super Rookie tu punyala bongok.

Kuantan (01 - 02 October 2005)

Last weekend, me, Pinie and Anne went to Kuantan. Originally, we wanted to go on Friday Night but Anne's dad was a bit worried all the 3 of us 'anak dara' travelling at nigh to Kuantan. It's different travelling from KL to Kuantan at night compare to travelling to the northern region at night. One thing, the PLUS highway is way better than the Highway to Kuantan and it's not very dark with lots of cars and housing areas.

Anyway, we arrived in Cherating around 1pm. After resting for a while, we went out for our lunch. Mind you, we had our lunch at 4 pm at Kemaman, eating Sata, Otak-otak and also Keropok Lekor. We were quite hungry coz we had our breakfast around 8 am.. yummy, nasik lemak ayam at Wangsa Maju or is ist Melawati.. well.. nevermind that. After that, we went to Kuantan. The real reason I wanted to go to Kuantan is to visit Nad and her twin daughters. But she's not at home, went to a kenduri with her husband. We arrived at Cherating around 1pm. After resting for a while and watched TV, we decided to have our late lunch in Kemaman, we had Sata, Otak-Otak and Keropok Lekor. After that straight away to Kuantan and since Nad's and her husband went to Balok we lepak first at the Kopitiam.

Around 7.30pm, we headed to Nad'd house.. guess what??!! Sesat beb sampai ke Gambang.. siot tull.. We turned back and went to Tanjung Lumpur. We had our dinner at a small stall. I asked Anne is that the place where the BM brough them last time? sebab tak der orang pun. As soon as we parked our car, people started to arrived at the stall.. er.. okay.. i guessed it was the right place lah.. We orderd Udang/Ketam masak pedas, Ikan sebelah bakar dan sup sayur. Punya la banyak udang yg derang pilih dah la besar-besar. Anyway, we managed to finished everything. Memang buruk lantak betul la. memang la kitorang order tu tak banyak variety tapi bayangkan derang ambik udang tu sekilo. Tapi wa cakap lu, memang sedap gilos.. the best seafood ever!! yummy!! yummy!! Lepas tu terus jer balik tido.

We had our Brunch at the famous Hai Peng Kopitiam in Kemaman Town. The roads are very confusing, one way and a stupid traffic lights that causes jammed. Cess hampess!!. I had the roti bakar and kopi as well as nasik lemak. Itu pun sodap. If you go to Kemaman, do stop by at the kopitiam, it was a great place to have Kopi.. I gave 10 stars for the Kopi. Went to Kuala Kemaman and bought some keropok and after that we went to Nad's house. Guess what??!! We sesat again!!! Arghh!!! Tensen!! and still arrived at Gambang. The same place. I'm telling you guys, we were cursed!! I took the highway from Gambang and Exit at Kuantan and then to Nad's house. hehehehe.. Lamanya tak jumpa Nad. Her twins were sleeping and she woked them up. Hampes betul mak derang nih.. hehehehe jangan mare yer Nad!!.. Cute little kiddies, tapi memang sebijik muka Razali.. hehehe.. But we did not stopped long at her house. Around 4 pm we headed back to KL and arrived around 6.30pm. Not bad.. It was a bit jam not far from the Gombak toll.. Biasakla, bukak satu lane saja kan. pas tu siap ada accident lagi, motor dengan lori.. nauzubillah. mintaklah dijauhkan dari kitorang.

1st trip to Korea - April 2005

Day 1 (23.04.2005)

Finally it's Saturday!!! Macam tak percaya lak yang hari ni aku and the gang akan ke KOREA. Of all the places in the world, I would've never thought that I would go to KOREA first. Tak per kali ni aku ikut PINIE, lain kali dia lak kena ikut aku.

Anyway, hari ni kena berkumpul kat KLIA pukul 10.30pm. That's what NORA told me. Hahahaha.. NORA bengang tul ngan si CHAN tu. Ye la hari ni nak pegi pun tak leh nak confirm and call kitorang lagi. Buatnya tak jadi kes naya la pulak. NORA call aku yesterday, after she called CHAN.. si CHAN tu asyik dok "sayang, jgn la marah sayang.." ye la dah kena bamboo ngan NORA seround. Pas tu yang aku tak tahan tu siap promote diri dia hensem macam ahli kumpulan F4 plak tu.. hampess!!!

CHAN called me around 6.00pm and asked us to meet in KLIA around 10.00pm. kitorang (AKU, PINIE n NORMA) kuar dari umah around 8.00pm. Ambik teksi ke KLIA. We arrived at KLIA around 9.00pm. Pas tu pi la makan KFC. Rasanya seblom aku pi Sarawak pun aku makan kat KFC jugak. Tapi tak pa, kat sana bukannya boleh makan KFC pun. AKu bawak la jugak MAGGIE MEE ngan TUNA. Hamboi3X, mentang-mentang la beg aku besaq, benda makan sumua sumbat lam beg aku noo..

Around 10.00pm NORA called to informed that she had arrived. CHAN also arrived around that time. Called MUNNI and she and the gang were also already in KLIA and having dinner at SURIA CAFÉ. NORMA cakap kat situ tak sedap pun.. dah la mahal (biasakla KLIA kan).

Jumpa la si CHAN tu.. tak hensem pun.. hehehe, rendah jer, speaky. Our flight was at 1.00am. Makk aii lambat lagi ghopenyer. Oh .. CHAN tu tak ikut, so all of us pegi sendiri. Our tour guide will be waiting at the INCHEON Airport. Our tour consist of 13 pepople, including 3 chinese gals. Cemana lak leh sesat derang bertiga ngan kitorang nih. MUNNI introduce her gang to us and frankly, I'm very bad with names (sorry guys, aku memang tak ingat nama korang time tu) especially, HAZLINDA n HAZLINA, which one is which. Hehehehe...

Our flight is an international fligh, so after we checked in our bagages, we went to gate C3.. (err.. ye ker?? Lupa la) anyway.. amik aerotrain ke International departure. Disebabkan time tu baru kenal, masing-masing pun malu-malu lembu lagi, jadik la beberapa clique. AKU, NORMA n PINIE, NORA n ITA, pas tu MUNNI n the gang.. ZAI, HAZLINA, HAZLINDA n ZALFA.

Masa nak boarding tu ada la mamat cina sebelah aku ni. Bleh tahan la hensem. Aku bukannya tengok dia tapi aku tengok dia pakai jaket PEPSI, cam cantik jer.. mamat tu tegur aku, Tanya nak ke mana? yang bestnyer dia ingat kitorang ni students, study kat seoul. Kuakuakua.. Geng, perasan muda lagi la kita nih. Mamat tu keja ngan Jabatan Kesihatan n nak ke PULAU CHEJU.

Pukul 1.00am.. kapal terbang pun berlepas. Head set aku tak leh guna.. siot tul..!! Aku n the gang duduk kat tgh.. NORA and SIS kat tepi tingkap, MUNNI and the gang kat belakang, minah cina (BUNGA) kat sebelah kitorang. Kat depan kitorang ada la mamat cina sorang ni.. kejap-kejap pusing blakang tengok kitorang. Last skali dia tanya nak ke mana? Ni lagi sorang.. dia ingat kita semua ni students. Apa daa!! Tapi best la, orang ingat kita ni muda rumaja lagi. Ghopenyer mamat tu pegi KOREA on business trip. Dia cakap kat sana semuanya mahal.. biasa la kan dekat ngan Jepun, taraf hidup diorang pun dah tinggi. Aku rasa dia nak ngorat minah BUNGA tu la.. tak sejuk ker BUNGA tu pakai skirt pendek. Hehehe.

Anyway, tak leh lena la.. bukan sebab excited cuma tak selesa. Lebih kurang cam nai Air Asia saja, kecik n sempit. Jeles tengok mamat cina depan aku tu lena sesungguh hati... maklumla row tu dia sorang saja. Hampess!! The flight to INCHEON AIRPORT took about 6 hours and the time difference is 1 HOUR earlier than KL.

DAY 2 (24.04.2005)

Arrived at INCHEON INT AIRPORT around 8.00am (KOREAN TIME). We were greeted by our Tour Guide (MR. MIKE) and everybody were very very disappointed. Sbb dah berumor ghopenyer tour guide tu.. cam lebih kurang abah aku lak. Heheheh. Ingatkan bleh dapat tour guide yg muda dan hensem.. cam pelakon-pelakon korea tu.. Huhuhu.. pelamin angan ku musnah ghopenyer hari tu. Kuakuakua. Hampess!!! (my favourite word kalau tulis blog)

MR. MIKE ushered us out of the building and the weather was sunny betul cakap NAD, angin cam angin aircond jer. Tak der ler sejuk sangat. Rasa cam perak lak (maklumla first time gi oversea – Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan ngan Thailand tak kira yer). Time ni musim bunga (SPRING org kampong aku kata) tapi dah pertengahan la.. dah nak ke SUMMER dah pun. Sementara tunggu bas kitorang sampai sempat lagi bergambor kat luar airport tu.

MR. MIKE informed us that our first destination would be to MOUNT SORAK which is 5 hours journey from INCHEON. 5 Hours!!! Dah la baru naik kapei terbang 6 jam ni nak naik bas lak 5 jam.. mau kematu bontok mak cik cenggini. Di kiri kanan jaln.. banyak pokok cherry blossom ( ye ker??) tapi yg pastinya tak der pokok tu kat Mesia ni.. hehehehe (nampaknya tahap keperakan terserlah teramat sangat). Memang cantik scenery dier.

After 1 hour journey.. we can see a big rivers with tall skyscrapers at the other side. MR. MIKE informed us that the river is HAN RIVER and the city that we saw is SEOUL. Punya la besar SEOUL tu. Population dia lebih kurang dalm 11 juta orang dan ada lebih dari 20 jambatan yg menghubungkan SEOUL utara dan selatan.. ( ye ker??) rasanya dah setengah jam bas kitorang berjalan.. masih lagi kelihatan kota metropolitan SEOUL nih. Punya la besau..

But I noticed that the houses were made of brown bricks dan habis melitupi bukit.. (See picture please). The houses were built very close together cam setinggan lak. Kat mana diorang parking kereta?? I wonder..?? rasanya kalau terbakor ler mau abis satu bukit tu gone with the wind.. hehehe.

Berenti jap untuk menyahut seruan alam.. beli ler dia punya mineral water. Tak perasan la pulak yg aku beli tu ada perisa peach.. tak sedap!! KRW1200 X RM3.75 = RM4.50 (KRW1000 = RM3.75) Lagi satu cuak sikit sebab kekadang flavoured mineral water ni dia taruk sikit alcohol. Pegi la pulak beli mineral water biasa. KRW600 dalam RM2.25. ala yg botoi kecik tu.. mahei bebenor. Oh ya.. ramainyer mamat-mamat korea ni berkonvoi ngan motor besar.. ada la nampak cam naik Harley Davidson, Honda CBR.. fuh!!

Stop to have lunch. VEGETARIAN FOOD then proceed to MOUNT SORAK. Cantik tempat dia. Naik kereta kabel ke puncak gunung. Ada la one of the gang cakap kereta kabel kat GUNUNG MAT CINCANG kat LANGKAWI lagi ngeri.. aku tak penah naik pun. Hensem mamat yg jaga keta kabel nih.. hehehehe.. Sampai kat atas.. hiking skeet sampai la kat punck dia.. oh ya.. before that.. masa naik keta kabel tu nampak patches of white streak kat lereng gunung tu. Ghopenye itu adalah unmelted ice.. walaupun cuaca dah panas tapi masih ada lagi ais yang belum cair.

Kononnyer kat atas MOUNT SORAK ni ada la 2 org pahlawan yg membina fortress untuk menghalang serangan musuh.. tu ha kat atas tu.. see pic) kat atas tu jugak kitorang jumpa a group of tourist dari Malaysia gak.. tapi semua Chinese la. Dia punya tour guide pun Korean tapi boleh cakap mandarin.

Next stop was a BUDDIST TEMPLE at the base of MT SORAK. The place was very quite and serene, cantik dan bersih. Ada la sorang tu cakap macam kat kampong dier plak… hehehehe.. Zai.. kampung ko cenggitu ker?? Ada la nampak kepingan-kepingan batu yg ada tulisan.. ingatkan batu nesan ke ape ker.. rupa-rupanya kalau sesapa buat donation diorang akan tulis ler nama korang atas batu tu.. siap tanya lagi nak buat donation ker.. erkk!!

Time kitorang nak pegi ke bas kat parking lot kat situ.. ada la a group of Korean Tourist punya la musykil tengok kitorang pakai tudung.. siap tanya lagi dari mana pas tu ajak kitorang bergambar skali.. yg klakarnya kitorang plak yg jadi attraction. Dah tu bila ada mak cik-mak cik korea tu nak join siap kena halau lagi.. hehehe gatal ler pak cik-pak cik tuh.. nak bergambar ngan pompuan kitorang ajer.

Kitorang bertolak ke tempat penginapan untuk malam tu di NAKSAN BEACH. Kitorang stay kat FREYA NAKSAN RESORTEL. Mak aii.. luasnyer bilik dier. Ada dapur dan 1 bilik. Tak der perabot pun. Diorang just kasi bantal, selimut ngan futon jer.. abih aku, Kak Ma ngan Pinie angkut segala benda alah ke depan tv.. tidor ler kitorang bertiga kat luar.

Malam tu kitorang makan seafood kat tepi pantai..sejuknyer tepi pantai nih. Style makan macam tengahari tadi jugak tapi ada satu ikan (ikan sadin ler) sedap siott!! Anyway ada sapa ntah bawak sambal ikan bilis.. bestnyerr!! Lepas makan jer kitorang kuar jalan-jalan sambil tunggu PARK CHEEK MIKE makan (lama tul makan pak cik nih!!). ada la mamat-mamat korea baru balik dari main besball minum kat kedai. Kak Ma ngan Pinie dah jalan laju jer pegi kedai runcit, tinggal aku jalan sesorang lalu sebelah kedai tu. Pas tu mamat tu siap panggil pas tu tanya dari mana semua. Aku pun stop ler sekejap pas tu mula ler dia tanya macam2. nasib baik si Zai n the gang datang to the rescue. Kuakuakua.

Anyway, kitorang lepak la kat tepi pantai tu.. nampak la mamat-mamat askar meronda kat pantai tu.. mula la berangan kalau la Song Seung Hun oppa yang meronda kat situ.. fuh bestnyerrrr!! Hehehehe!! Akan ku peluk cium dierrr… muahahahaha. Balik ke hotel lepak jap pas tu beli phone card call abah kat kampong. Pas tu naik atas tengok tv and tido.. zzzzzzzzzzzz

Day 3 (25/04/2005)

Sejuk jugak pagi nih.. bestnyer tido smlm. Kul 5 pagi pun dah cerah dah.. tensen tul!! Mak aii!! sejuknya lantai balkoni kat luar nih... amik gambor seround.. nampakla swimming pool yg tak berair pas tu siap ada macam tapak fun fair ngan Ferris Wheeler lagi.. rasanya bukak time summer jer kot. Turun ler kitorang pegi breakfast. Lambat la amoi-amoi bertiga tuh.

Our first stop was the PORT.. Ada apa dengan PORT?? Ada apa lagi ada kapal, ada nelayan.. pas tu ada la macam market dia.

Our second stop was a bit more interesting.. it was the place where the filmed the series – AUTUMN IN MY HEART aka AUTUMS’S TALE ala yg dilakonkan oleh SSH oppa tu ler. Aku ni tau tajuk jer, tapi tak penah pun tengok citernyer. I hate soppy stories. We had our lunch and proceed to NAMI ISLAND. The place where the filmed WINTER SONATA.

We arrived at the jetty around 3 pm.. (betul ker?? Help me guys!!) and we took a boat/ferry to NAMI ISLAND. Actually the island is not a natural island. It was formed when the dam was built.. (I have no idea the name of the dam). Like yesterday, we did attract a bit of attention. NAMI ISLAND was the place where a General was sentenced to death and buried here on the island. Sempat ler bergambor ngan penjaga makam tuh. The island was very beautiful and full of tourist. We met the tour from Malaysia that we met yesterday. Ada la sorang minah korea nih ajak kitorang ngambik gambor ngan dier macam semalam tu.. siapa tourist sebenarnyer nih??

Suka la si Pinie tu.. tercapai la hajat dia nak ke tempat penggambaran WINTER SONATA. Cantik tul tempat tu.. ada jugak chalet, ada orang berbasikal, ada yg naik bot mengelilingi pulau nih.. if you’re going to korea, this is one of the places that you just gotta visit. Kat padang tuh siap ada mak cik-mak cik pak cik-pak cik tengah main permainan tradisional korea.. aku pun tak tau apa yg diorang main. Pukul 5 petang berkumpul kat jetty.. jumpa NORA ngan ITA.. hampess tul diorang beli souvenir – gambar ler, postcard lagi.. aku pun apa lagi patah balik ler ngan pinie n kak ma ke kedai tu.. dah la jauh.. untuk membeli souevenir. Jumpak la the rest of the gang kat dalam tuh.. rupa-rupanya diorang pun patah balik jugak pegi membeli souvenir kat situ. Hehehehe.

We had our dinner kat Youth Centre – Chinese food sekali ngan tour yang kitorang jumpa kat NAMI ISLAND tu.. lupa lak, mamat tour guide tu perasan lak jadi Bae Yung Jun.. hampesss!! Pas tu kitorang bertolak ke tempat penginapan kitorang POONGLIM RESORT. Tempat kitorang tu dekat ngan military base. Dengar ler diorang dok berjoging sambil nyanyi ler.. errr.. ntah-ntah si SONG SEUNG HUN oppa base kat situ.. hehehehe.

Day 4 (26/04/2005)

Bangun jer pepagi.. pegi breakfast. As always.. bebudak 3 ekor tu memang lembab tahap cipan ler.. kena la pulak tunggu derang lagi. Bertolak ler kitorang ker EVERLAND. Ala-ala team park gitu EVERLAND nih.

EVERLAND ni dah dekat la jugak ngan SEOUL so perjalanan tu kira jauh la jugak ada la dalam 2-3 jam gitu. Seperti biasak Uncle Driver ni walau ramai cemana skali pun Bas ker Kete ke.. dia ngan terrernya berjaya parking dekat dengan Entrance dan jugak toilet. Hidup Uncle Driver!!! Yeehaa!!

Manusia.. Masya Allah punya la ramai kat entrance tu.. tapi yg bestnyer ramai bebudak tadika buat field trip. Group ni pakai baju semua kaler biru, pas tu group lain kaler kuning, hijau, merah.. macam-macam la.. pas tu kan cute-cute jer diorang ni.. beratur pas tu pegang tangan jalan ramai-ramai.. jenuh la cikgu diorang kepung bebudak nih. Tapi munkin sebab budak-budak tadika kan diorang dengar kata..

Uncle Mike pegi beli ticket pas tu kitorang pun masuk ler ke dalam.. cantik tempat dier rasa cam Disneyworld lak (walaupun aku tak penah masuk.. kuakuakua.. ala cam slalu tgk kat TV tu). Naik keta kabel turun ke bawah sinun.. pas tu beratur ler nak masuk SAFARI WORLD.. punya la lama beratur sebab dah ramai gila orang kat situ.. bebudak pun ramai.. SAFARI WORLD ni memang merupakan main attraction kat EVERLAND ni.. kat sini kita boleh tengok secara dekat HARIMAU, SINGA dan jugak BERUANG. Ada la sorang budak ni cuteee sangat. ZAI asyik nak ambik gambar dier jer tapi pandai lak budak tu nyorok. KAWAI!!!!. Pas tu ada la mak cik ni apa ntah la yg dia cakap si zai pun angguk jer.. err.. paham ker??

Ada la sejam kitorang beratur.. mak aii.. tensen kawan dibuatnyer.. beratur lak ngan bebudak yg kecik-kecik comei tu.. sampai jer turn kitorang.. naik bas dier bawak masuk ker kawasan menatang-menatang tu.. nampakla harimau, singa ngan beruang dok melepak tepi jalan.. pandai lak menatang tu tak melepak kat tengah jalan.. dah biasak dah kot.. depa dah tau dah kalau lepak kat tengah jalan tu sure kena langgor ngan bas.. tapi kejap sangat la kat dalam tu beratur punya la lama sampai kebulur masing-masing. Nasib baik la si Munie bawak muruku campur pas tua aku plak ada chocolate bar.. bleh la lapik perut. Pas jer kuar kitorang pegi lak main kat.. ish aku tak sure la nama dia tapi kitorang naik benda bulat macam tayar satu menatang alah tu bleh muat 8 orang, 2 orang satu side, pas tu slide ler dalam air tu.. aku ngan Zai, si Munie ngan Zalfa depan aku. Cian si Munie tu, basah sebelah badan kena splah ayor.. hahahaha… pas tu derang semua pegi makan (Mr. Mike and the Chinese Gals).. disebabkan kat tempat tu tak der makanan halal or vegie kitorang minum je la.. hampes tul..

Janji jumpa ngan Mr. Mike around 2 pm, sempat la kitorang tengok parade. We were trapped at the centre of the arena. Nak tak nak kena tunggu sampai at the end of the parade. Ada tarian, kereta berhias, mascotts, princes and princesses, watak katun, ikan.. hehehe very cute, very colourful and interesting. Selepas tu kitorang gi tengok sealion show.. ala macam dalam citer MY LOVE PATTZI lakonan Jang Na Ra ngan Kim Rae Won tu la.. Best la show dier..

After we all ngabihkan duit beli souvenir kat EVERLAND nih.. we all nik keta kabel balik ke atas.. tapi tak sempat jalan2 kat atas sebab kena bertolak ke SEOUL.. tapi kat atas tu cantik la.. ada bunga tulip pas tu ada cam castle, siap ada carriege cinderella lagi.. tensen tul la minah bunga 3 ekor tu asyik lambat jer.. Zai lak tak der kije lain asyik ngambik gambor ngan mamat Korea jer tapi kanak-kanak ribena la.

Bertolak ler kitorang ke SEOUL.. Have dinner kat LOTTE MART pas tu proceed masuk ke LOTTE WORLD. Ala lebih kurang macam kat Genting jer.. naik ler macam tram tapi nun jauh di atas sana keliling LOTTE WORLD yg kat dalam LOTTE MART maupun di luar LOTTE MART.. yg kat luar lagi best sebab ada macam Disney punya castle tuh.. pas tu rasanya ada macam mini konsert kat luar tu tapi seperti biasa tak sempat pegi laa.. tensen tul. Kat indoor tu ada la carousel.. ala kuda pusing tu yg dalam citer STAIRWAYS TO HEAVEN plus tempat abang dia lukis mural kat dinding dalam citer tuh. Pas tu kitorang naik ala-ala TOP GUN gitu.. ada gak yang tak naik sebab takut tapi best la.. pas tu naik konon-kononnyer HOT AIR BALLON.. makk tinggi nak mampus.. aku dah la gayat.. siootttt!!! Pas tu sempata la tengok parade kat situ.. parade lagi.. pompuan bunga tu nak tengok laser show.. tapi Uncle Mike cakap tak payah bukannya best pun.

Bertolak ler kitorang ke hotel dalam pukul 9 lebih.. lepas jer mandi kitorang kuar ambik angin.. ada STARBUCK.. baru je nak masuk dia cakap diorang dah nak close.. hampeh 3X hampeh…

Day 5 (27/04/2005)

Paginyer after breakfast kitorang bertolak ker NATIONAL FOLKS MUSEUM of KOREA. Kat sini banyak info tentang culture dan cara hidup orang KOREA pada zaman dahulu. Lepas melawat museum kitorang bertolak ker GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE. Ala dekat jer.. sebelah museum itu jer. Original palace dah musnah dalam kebakaran tapi diorang construct palace tu sebijik macam zaman dulu punya.. Luas palace dia pas tu kitorang tengok perarakan untuk tukar pengawal yang jaga kat pintu gerbang. Mak aii!!! Tingi-tingi betul la mamat pengawal nih.. aku rasa begitu kerdil sekali.. ohh tidakkk!! Pendeknyer aku.

Lepas Geongbokgung Place kitorang pegi ke arah BLUE HOUSE. Blue House ni rumah president.. tak der apa yang menarik pun. Lepas Blue House kitorang pegi ker GINSENG FACTORY. Yang bestnyer kitorang minum la air ginseng tu.. kejap jer aku dah terkentut.. heheheh.. pas tu asyik rasa nak kencing jer.. betapa bagusnyer ginseng nih.. tapi tak semua orang boleh ambik ginseng ni.. sebab dia ada jenis-jenis dier.. ada yang orang tua tak leh minum.. cenggitulah.

Pas tu kitorang lunch.. tempat dier dekat jer. Lepas lunch, kitorang bertolak ke Amethys factory. Di sini la batu permata Amethys (which is my birthstone) gred A dikeluarkan. Selepas Amethys factory, kami bertolak ke FIFA World Cup Stadium, tempat perlawanan bola sepak piala dunia diadakan. Selepas melepak kejap kat situ , kami bertolak ke DongDaeMun Market. Tapi sebenarnyer tak der la betul-betul ke Dong Dae Mun market pun. Sebab aku cakap cenggitu adalah kitorang pegi ke shopping kompleks yang berhadapan dengan Dong Dae Mun Baseball Stadium. Kalau yang betul-betul market dia tu ala-ala Petaling Street gitu tapi Uncle Mike kata kalau pegi situ dia takut kitorang sesat sebabnya dia punya market punya la besar, stretch about 2 kilometres pas tu siap ada junctions lagi. Uncle Mike kata kalau sesat susah sesangat nak carik. Lama jugak kitorang kat situ ada la dalam 3 jam lebih. Penat siott. Carik souvenir kat member-member lagi, kat family lagi.

Malam tu kami dinner kat Itaewon dan akhir skali bertolak ke Incheon. Kat dalam bas tu tetiba jer riuh rendah dengan citer pasal Zai dengan ejaan seaweed dier la + plak dok perli minah-minah bunga tiga ekor yang tak paham bahasa tuh. Orang dah cakap dah kalau nak beli seaweed tu beli jer kat Incheon besok, nak jugak bising-bising sebab tak dapat beli seaweed. Hai dah la bahasa korea tak paham, english pun tak paham, cakap BM pun tak paham.. ishh tak paham aku. pas tu macam-macam lagi la.

Tapi kan.. tetiba seja jadik senyap.. ghope-ghopenyer derang dah tido pas tu bila bangun cam sedey la pulak aku sebab besoknyer dah nak balik. Sampai jer kat Incheon.. Hai.. lawak betui la pak cik driver ni. Kat depan hotel tu ada keta parking, so tak leh la dia berenti depan hotel, korang tau apa dia buat, memula ingatkan dia nak park kat lorong sebelah hotel tu tapi rupa-rupanya dia naik atas pavement tu n berenti betul-betul depan pintu lobby. Turun dari bas jer jalan 2 tapak dah pintu hotel. Apa lagi riuh-rendah la masing-masing, punyala gelak.. dia bleh buat muka toya saja. Uncle Mike pun siap gelak-gelak lagi. Respect tul la kat pak cik driver nih.

Day 6 (28/04/2005)

Huuuu.. ari ni dah last day, rasa cam sekejap jer kat Korea.. after breakfast, kitorang pegi naik macam ferry cenggitu la.. banyaknya seagull.. tak penah aku jumpak seagull bebanyak macam kat sini.. (macam la slalu pegi pantai).. anyway, turun jer dari ferry, kami meneruskan perjalanan ker Incheon Airport.. opss sblm ke airport kami singgah di duty free dan shopping ler sesikit lagi.

Fllight dalam lebih kurang pukul 11 pagi so after we said our goodbye to Uncle Mike and also Uncle Driver, kami pun check in.. mak aii.. siap kena buang kasut lagi.. pas tu terjumpak la pilot MAS.. ala kapalterbang kitorang ler tu.. dengan pramugara dia lagi.

We browsed around the shops inside and come across this one shop selling CDs and they got this one corner adorned with all those posters of the famous korean siries for us to take pics. Ada satu pic mamat mana ntah ngan minah yg berlakon dalam citer Autum in My Heart ngan Oppa aku tu ler. Cantik dia skang, nampak cam kurus sikit. Poster tu untuk citer Full house.

Anyway.. bila kami naik jer, tempat kami punya la kebelakang.. hampir last, dekat ngan cabin crew. Hampess. Bila tengok menu saja.. alamak ada daging laa.. bestnyer.. ingatkan dapat ler.. alih-alih bila sampai turn kitorang jer, daging dah habis.. terpaksa la makna seafood.. tak best tull.. mula la masing-masing buat merajuk.. hehehe dapat la token skeet dari cabin crew.. hehehe.. buruk tul perangai. Mamat pramugara tu mati-mati ingat kitorang student.. apa lagi masing-masing perasan muda la.. hahahaha. Best siott!! Sampai la bila dah sampai kat KLIA baru la pecah rahsia yang kitorang ni dah tua bangka sebenarnya.. muahahahaha. Sampai saj kat KLIA, lepak-lepak dulu kat Delifrance. Masing-masing macam berat hati jer nak blah. Walaupun masa tu singkat tapi yang besntnye, masing-masing satu kepala, so enjoy sesangat trip nih.

Taman Negara Pahang with Jaja

Day 1 (09.02.2005)

I picked up Jaja around 6.30 am and we went straight to Taman Negara, Pahang. We stoped at the R & R, had our Subuh prayer, grab some breakfast and continued our journey. We arrived at Kuala Tembeling jetty around 10am. Hahaha.. our boat was at 2.00pm, so can you guys imagine we had to wait 4 hours more. Bukannya apa, since this is the first time we’re going to Taman Negara, I was afraid that we would got lost. Finally, after 4 hours of boredom, we got into our boat and take off around 2.30 pm. The journey to Kuala Tahan was about 2 ½ hours. It was a very relaxing and serene journey. Took a few pictures, Jaja dah siap terlentok lagi. The weather was hot but the breeze keep us cool. Saw a few wild buffalos, monkeys, birds and wild boars along the water line.


We arrived at Kuala Tahan around 5.00 pm. The hotel staff picked us up and took us to the Rainforest Resort which is not very far from the jetty. After dinner, we went for a night walk in the jungle. The guide, which I cannot remember his named but is called Atan took us across the river and we walked at the edge of the jungle. We saw insects and birds, scorpions, spiders and a snake. Atan told us that we picked the wrong time to come to Taman Negara as it was Chinese New Year and the place was full of people so the chances for us to see the animals were slim.


Day 2 (10.02.2005)

The next day, after breakfast, we went trekking to Bukit Terasek. It was not so high or difficult but since both of us were out of conditions (pancitt), slow jugak laa. :D. Atan just smiled at us (tensen tul.. siap gelakkan kitorang lagi). We were sweating like hell!!! After that we went to the canopy walk.


We waited for 2 hours because there were just too many people there. The canopy walk got 9 checkpoints and you spent about ½ hour up there. The highest canopy is about 45 metres above the ground. Makk aiii.. tingginyerrr. Aku dah la takut tempat2 tinggi nih. Tapi apa pun sebabkan aku dah sampai, aku nak naik jugakkk!!!! Yearghhh!!! Finally, it was our turn to go on the canopy walkway, the distance between you and the person in front of you is 5 metres but at the highest walkway, the distance is 10 metres. Si Atan tu siap tanyaaku gayat ker?? Of course la gayat. Dia siap suruh aku tutup mata lagi sambil gelak2 la. Apa daa…!!! Lagi la aku takut kalau tutup mata. After ½ hour of sweat (peluh gayat) and constant mocking from Jaja, I finally made it to the end of walkway. Finally, fear is not a factor for me anymore. Hahahaha. Atan was waiting for us and he asked me wether I closed my eyes or not. Hampehh!! Ngutuk aku ler tu.. While we were waiting for the boat to come and get us across the river, Atan asked us how much weight did we lost today. Ada la dalam 2 kila, Jaja la tukang menjawab..hehehe, pas tu ngan macho dan selamber badak dia cakap tak per jap lagi pas makan naik lak 3 kilo.. Hampess!!


We had our lunch at one of the floating restaurant, ok la.. biasa saja. Petang around 5.00pm, we went for the rapid shooting. Tak der apa pun cuma naik boat melawan arus tapi basah la jugak, patut la si Atan tu senyum jer bila aku pilih untuk duduk kat tengah boat, rupa-rupanya kalau duduk kat tengah ngan belakang bot memang basah gila.. cian Jaja, basah lencun dia kat belakang aku. Hahahaha. Anyway, aku ngan Jaja tak mandi pun. Aku memang tak suka mandi sungai atau laut, kalau mandi kat swimming pool ok ler. Lebih kurang kul 6.45 cenggitu, kitoran pun bertolak balik ker resort.


Malam plak lepas dinner dah tak der apa2 aktiviti, punya la boring giler. So aku ngan Jaja pegi ke jetty sebab kat situ ada floating restaurants ngan souvenir shops. Beli T-Shirt jer pas tu minum2 kat restaurant kat situ. Niat di hati nak carik si Atan tu tapi time kitorang on the way ker jeti, selisih ngan dia kat tengah jalan ke resort. Tak der la, kalau jumpa dia boleh la nyembang dan tanya pengalaman dia jadik guide. Mesti banyak citer punyalah esp citer hantu. Aku ni penakut tapi suka dengar kalau orang crita benda-benda tu. Aku dah siap bawak torchlight dah pun, maklumla mana la tau kena balik jalan kaki dari jeti ker resort. Baru je jalan kaki separuh jalan, terjumpak mamat bawak van, dia suruh kitorang tunggu nanti dia hantar balik ke resort. On the way balik ke resort, kat tengah jalan selisih lagi ngan si Atan tu.. hampeh tul. Jadik tak der ler org nak bercerita ngan kitorang, so, lepak jer la kat dalam bilik.


Day 3 (11.03.2005)

After breakfast, we went to the jetty and boarded the boat back to Kuala Tembeling around 9.30am.


We went to Kuantan and spend the night at Nad’s house. Uiii.. perut dia makin besar (dah pregnant kan..). kembar lagi tapi bila scan tak nampak la pulak boy atau girl. Hehehe, husband dia masak asam pedas ikan.. terrer gak mamat tu masak. Anyway, pegi Kuantan Parade, lepak kat Starbuck.. teringat aku ngan Nad dulu (zaman dia bujang la) suka melepak kat Starbuck or Coffee Bean. Zaman dulu la..

Just got back from Sarawak. Man!! It was awesome even though I didn’t have the chance to go to the National Forest Reserve or explore the caves, still it was a fun and wet trip (raining!!). I’ll start with the day we arrived in Kuching.

Day 1 (07/01/2005)

Kak Ma and I took the 5.45 ERL from KL Sentral to KLIA and we boarded the plane around 7 a.m. We arrived in Kuching International Airport close to 9 a.m and proceed to Holiday Inn Kuching. Luckily, Pinie didn’t forget to leave the hotel key at the reception counter and then apa lagi.. membunkang ler aku ngan Kak Ma. At first, we thought that we would have lunch with Pinie but then decided against it and not until around 2.30 p.m that Kak Ma and I went to Satok. After we had lunch well.. late lunch, we just went to explore the Wisma Satok area and decided to wait for Pinie to finished work. Raining!! I don’t know why, but I think that whenever I went for a holiday, it always raining, even for awhile.. huhmm..!!

At 6 p.m baru ler mak cik Pinie tu call. Dah la call dia susah nak dapat asyik masuk voice mail jer.. (bateri kong), anyway, she took us inside the bank and Gopi and Andy were quite surprise to see me.. hehehehe, just the other day that Gopi asked me to go with them and I said I had no money but what he didn’t know that I already bought the tickets to Kuching. We went back to the hotel and had our dinner at Sarawak Plaza and then bought our tickets to Damai – Sarawak Cultural Village at the base of Mount Santubong. It cost about RM55.00 (transportation to and from as well as the entrance fee of RM45.00)


Day 2 (08/01/2005)

It was a wet morning, outside it was drizzling. We took off at 9 a.m and arrived there 45 minutes later, we took our passport at the entrance.. yup, they will give you a green passport and went you went to visit the houses they will chop the passport and verified that you have visited the houses. Neat!! As soon as we stepped inside the cultural village, the view was breathtaking and magnificent. The morning flowers were in bloom, the air was clear and fresh, you can see Mount Santubong partially covered with mist and you can see the lake and houses nestled at the base of the mountain. First destination.. Bidayuh Longhouse, then Iban Longhouse, the Penan Hut.. uii seksi.. hehehehe, muka mamat sorang tu macam muka classmate aku kat Kelantan dulu, muka Awe (apa mamat tu buat skang ni?), ka situ jugak ada la orang yg try guna sumpit tu.. eeeii.. tak nak la aku dah berpuluh-puluh orang guna menatang tu, geli aku walaupun memang dia ada guna antiseptic to wipe sumpit tu. Lepas tu pegi plak umah Melanau. Tinggi rumah dia. Tiang pun guna batang balak yang tak dipotong so, can you just imagine, they’re using one whole tree to make the base of the house and I think the house is about 20ft high or probably more and it’s a 3 story house with lots of small rooms for the families. At the back of the house, there is a sago hut, a place where they process the sago tree to make sago flour which is the staple food of the Melanau’s since rice is not their main diet. And of course don’t forget the big, fat, white sago worm.. I can’t remember what they called that thing but one of the tourist, a Chinese did try the delicacy which is quite unsettling since it’s alive and squirming.. ewww!! The sago flour is also used to make a traditional crackers or something called “Tabaloi” which I cannot describe the taste. You have just gotta try it yourself. Our journey stopped there at the Melanau House and we rushed to the theatre since the cultural show starts at about 11.30 a.m and we don’t wanna be late. We managed to get a very good seats at the centre and our view were not blocked by those mat sallehs since you know la those people tinggi sangat. J .

The performance started with a welcoming dance and then followed by Ngajat Lesong, a performance by two warriors clad in their national costume (you know.. cawat and all.. hehehe) but, one of the dancer caught my eye since he looked like Xie Zhi of 5566 but his face a bit more prominent than Xie Zhi. His performance’s very convincing and I was mesmerized by the strength of his character. It seems that I’m not the only one, by the look of the faces around us, everybody seemed enchanted by him too and the other dancer seemed insignificant. Not to say Kak Ma.. she was so excited since he is the only skinny person that she felt attracted to..hampess!! Then, they danced this one dance using a few poles and things started to get interesting, not because of the dance but rather the dancers forget their moves and things started to look comical, with the dancers all tersengih on the stage (including kembar Xie Zhi). There’re a few more dances and there’s this one dance by Orang Ulu called Kanjet Ngeleput, where it potrays the warriors on a hunting trip with his spears and sumpit .. ok, during the performance, we are allowed to take pictures and during the dance, there’s this one girl took a picture of the dancer and the dancer went to the edge of the stage and aimed his spear at the girl and looking so ferocious and of course with a deadly intend. The best part is we know that it’s an act but still if somebody aimed a deadly weapon at you, you’ll find yourself in a very awkward position, with all eyes were on you and you don’t know how to react. You can hear some people let out a nervous laugh. Pheww.. luckily it’s not me and then they invite a foreign tourist up on the stage (the rock!!) she’s quite good using the sumpit. Anyway, the performance ended with the song Malaysia Truly Asean and invited the audience to dance with them on the stage. Overall, it was a performance to be remembered.

After the show, we had our lunch at the restaurant and the guy from the Penan Hut (I’ll post the picture later) which also happened to be one of the Kanjet Ngeleput dancer happened to be there too and he looked different wearing a short and an orange T-shirt, hehehehe.. he greeted us, I think he remembered us from the Penan Hut and also because we rejected his invitation to dance on the stage. After lunch, we went back to visit the Malay House and the Chinese Farm House, nothing much to see there and I went to the restaurant to buy a mineral water and there’s this guy wearing a white shirt and a black track bottom said hi to me and I wondered where I met this guy and then it hit me.. toingg!! The guy who danced the Ngajat Lesung!!. So different!! He looked so young.. macam adik-adik jer.. and I told Kak Ma and when we went to the prayer room, we saw him playing ping pong inside their recreational room. Memang macam adik-adik. Hampess!!

We decided to take a walk to Holiday Inn, Damai Lagoon, which is quite nice, only 5 minutes from the Sarawak Cultural Village and then decided to wait for our transport back to Kuching at Holiday Inn, Damai Beach.. yes, those two inns are different and we walk almost 1 km to Holiday Inn, Damai Beach. Nyesal tul, but I liked this one better than the lagoon. The waves were quite high which reminds me of the tsunami that just happened recently. It’s beautiful but at the same time frightening and I’m awed at the strength of the waves and at the glory and magnificent creation of the Almighty.

We went back to our hotel and I received a called from Saifull, amboii, cepat jer bebudak ni tau aku ada kat sini, before that I got a call from Hizril. Saiful nak ajak minum, tapi aku penat la. He asked me to call him back if I changed my mind and of course after that they’re going to for a karaoke session somewhere in Kuching. Tired la. Around 6 p.m we went for a walk at the Water Front by the riverside, they paved the river side and there’re food stalls there so that you can enjoy you drinks and foods while enjoying the view by the river side. Terjumpa la pulak si Saiful tgh minum ngan one of the guys from Finance but I can’t remember his name. Jalan sampai ke hujung pas tu konon-kononnyer nak naik tram ke Satok tapi balik ke Hotel dulu la, kul 8 cenggitu tunggula tram, dah naik dah tram ni pusing-pusing Bandar Kuching rupa-rupanya tram kul 8 mlm ni tak ke satok.. hampess!! Turun ler balik pas tu makan mee kolok kat riverside tu pas tu balik lepak ka hotel.

Day 3 (09/01/2005)

Bangun lambat, maklum la penat berjalan semalam. Since today is Sunday, we went to Satok market. We found a lot of stuff there, from crafts, t-shirts, fruits veggies, seafood and stuff that you’ve never seen before. It’s raining again.. very hard this time. We went back to the hotel. After lepak for awhile, decided to explore the craft shops not far from the waterfront. You can find all kinds of thing, from miniature sape, spears, shields, sheepskins, rattan bags, keychains, all kinds of mats, T-shirts, vases, sculptures and lots more. Bought a few souvenirs and t-shirts but cannot afford to buy much, nanti yang mampu makan batu ngan kayu lak. We went to Satok again, to one of the Bank’s staff. She invited us for dinner at her house. She got a few cats and I was wounded during a battle with a very cute cat named Ginger. J .


Day 4 (10/01/2005)

Pinie had to go to work and Kak Ma and I went to Crowne Plaza and then raid the craft shops again. And we ate maggie mee since there’s nothing much to eat there in Kuching, not really accepted to our tastebud actually. Evening, we started to packed our things since our flights was at 9.25pm. got sms from Air Asia informing that our flight was retimed to 11.25p.m. Called Air Asia to confirmed, at first she said it was 12.25 a.m then when I asked her to checked again she said it was 11.25 p.m. Went to the airport around 10 something and guess what?? The flight was retimed again until 12.50a.m. Bengang betul tu tak kira lagi perangai dia punya staff. Hampess kelapa tul. Aku dah la hangin satu badan pas tu siap cakap kat aku suruh beratur, memang la aku tengah beratur, dia ingat aku tgh makan hangin ker hapa. The plane took off around 1 a.m and arrived at KLIA almost 3 a.m. My sister and her boyfriend picked us up and arrived home around 4 a.m.

Besoknyer.. tak gi kerja.. hahahahahaha. Tak leh bangun beb.
