Apa pun, aku dah contact bank untuk check market price area situ dan memandangkan dah ada Fasa 6 dah launched, harga yg ada dah RM360k, so, aku agak confident yang aku boleh jual between RM380k - RM390k nanti. Amin!!! Biaqla masin mulut aku.

Memang ler harga agak tinggi tp aku kan standard letak clause 'NEGOTIABLE'. Maknanya aku realise yang munkin aku tak dapat harga yang aku nak kalau aku nak jual cepat la kan. En. Property Agent, bukan buta2 aku letak harga macam tu. Ada la aku buat research sikit.
